PARKERSBURG – The following cases were heard in Wood County Magistrate Court on Oct. 25:

* Hailey N. Mowery, 15 Prince Court, Parkersburg, was charged with driving on a suspended license and having defective equipment and was released on a $1,000 bond.

* Mickey Roger Smith, 217 Electric Ave., Belleville, was charged with two counts of having a defective septic system and was released on $1,000 bond.

* Aaron Sean Davis, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violating a protective order and was released on a $500 bond.

* Nicholas Paul Ickes, 1605 Covert St., Parkersburg, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and held on $500 bond.

* Brayden Scott Brewster, 4308 Uhl St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of stalking and violation of a protective order and was released on a $1,000 bond.

* Rodney Lee Jones, South Street, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of breaking and entering and held on $50,000 bond.

* Bryson Keith Wells, 506 25th St., Vienna, was charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct and released on a $1,000 bond.

* Amber Anna Glaeser Baker, 709 Division St., Apt. 4, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication, disorderly conduct and misuse of 911 communications and was released on $1,500 bond.

* Amie June Daversa, 391 Wiliby Road, Princeton, was charged with shoplifting and released on a $2,000 bond.

* Destiny Renee Baker, 4301 10th Ave., Apt. 303 B, Parkersburg, was charged with violating a protective order and released on a $500 bond.

* Michael James Fittro II, 907 33rd St., Parkersburg, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 bond.

* Jack Meloy Miller Jr., PO Box 207, Waverly, was charged with violating a protective order and was released on $2,000 bond.

*Marshall Elijah Winstanley, 907 33rd St., Parkersburg, was charged with failure to attend school because the state no longer wanted to pursue the charge after graduation.

* Nicholas Paul Ickes, 1725 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Kathy Sue McDonald, PO Box 110, Hockingport, pleaded guilty to public or medical malpractice, paid $186.48 and was sentenced to 30 days in jail suspended and placed on one year of supervised release. He was charged with public drunkenness, assault on a government employee or medical staff and disorderly conduct, according to the agreement.

* Christopher William Scott Browning, 54460 Ohio 681, Reedsville, Ohio, pleaded guilty to fleeing a police officer, was fined $186.48 and was sentenced to nine months in jail. A charge of making false statements to officers was dismissed, according to the affidavit.

* Stacy Eddleblute, 3106 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, was charged with criminal trespass without prejudice.

* Scotty Andrew Boyles Jr., 62 Center St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and was fined $276.48. The uninsured charge was dismissed, according to the plea agreement.

* Dewey William Hall Jr., 1593 Love Hill Road, Waverly, pleaded guilty to no vehicle registration and was fined $186.48. The uninsured charge was dismissed, according to the plea agreement.

* Ashley Nichole Lockhart, 2203 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and charged $181.48. He was ordered to pay a $50 fine at the Par Mar store on Division Street in Parkersburg.

* Krystal Lashae Cook, 119 Willowbrook Drive, Apt. 2, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to two counts of shoplifting, fined $286.48 and was sentenced to three months and six months in prison to run concurrently. He was ordered to pay a $254 civil penalty to Rural King in Parkersburg and a $238.48 civil penalty to CVS on Murdoch Avenue in Parkersburg. He was charged with shoplifting, second-degree shoplifting (two counts), second-degree driving on a suspended license, no proof of insurance and criminal trespassing, according to the agreement.

PARKERSBURG – The following cases were heard in Wood County Magistrate Court on Nov. 1:

* Belinda Dawn Dugan, 618 Eastlawn Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to assaulting government employees, health care providers, agency workers and law enforcement officers (two counts) and ordered to pay $362.96. He was sentenced to six months in jail with credit for six days served. The sentence will run concurrently with the case from Doddridge County. He was charged with failure to control, obstructing and threatening to injure and disorderly conduct, according to the agreement.

*Matheau Sean Blair, 5410 Lost Pavement Road, Parkersburg, had a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid license dismissed after completing six months of probation.

* Niels Van-DeVreede, Vienna, was charged with domestic battery without prejudice.

*Bryan David Roupe, 740 Clark Road, Coolville, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, fined $176.48 and sentenced to eight hours in jail.

* Rudolph Vidale Drummond, 192 Boise St., Williamstown, was charged with shoplifting after successfully completing the LEADS program.

* Keenan Lee Curry, 116 Canterbury Drive, Parkersburg, had a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid license revoked after successfully completing six months of probation.

* David Franklin Burdette, 8064 Industrial St., Clarksburg, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled substance without a valid license, fined $452.96 and was sentenced to 90 days in jail, which was suspended, and one year of probation. unsupervised testing.

* Christopher Todd Smith, 2906 29th St., Apt. 2, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $201.48. He was ordered to pay a $50 state fine at the Kroger store on Seventh Street in Parkersburg. The shoplifting case was dismissed, according to a plea deal.

* John Thomas Buchanan, 2691 New England Ridge Road, Washington, was charged with third-degree driving on a suspended DUI license. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Brian Bradley Wright, 615 Pike St., Parkersburg, was dismissed on a first-degree charge of forgery and fraudulent use of a communication device. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Christopher Todd Smith, 2906 29th St., Apt. 2, Parkersburg, was charged with driving on a suspended license revoked, according to a plea agreement.

* Rodney Lee Jones, # 3 South St., Parkersburg, had a first charge to be dismissed for breaking and entering. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Cassandra Jo McCarty, 608 33rd St., Apt. D, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of breathing, exhaling or consuming an intoxicant and was released on a $1,000 bond.

* William Joshua Twilley, 625 32nd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of assault on medical personnel and two counts of assault on medical personnel and was released on $5,000 bond.
