Grandview’s six exclusive penthouses feature 11-foot ceilings and private two-car garages.

Model homes by Romanza Interior Design and Clive Daniel Home preview the Grandview lifestyle and capture the sense of place – on the southern tip of the island, nestled between water, sky and horizon. On the third floor, Residences 302 and 303, designed by Jennifer Stevens of Romanza, feature a modern interpretation of coastal style, an emphasis on affordable luxury and inspired design that appeals to a range of aesthetic tastes and buyers.

“The view is the wow factor of every Grandview residence and informed our choices,” Stevens said. “Colors, furniture styles and textures were influenced by nature and water to bring the outdoors in and complement the spectacular views.”

The relaxed modern design of Romanza’s Residence 302 model reflects many shades of watery blues against a palette of white, gold, emerald and sapphire with rich tones of wood, acrylic, glass and metal surfaces. Natural textures, furniture and accents combine organic shapes and sleek contemporary forms – from the wallpaper and fabric patterns that echo the play of light on the water to the curvilinear stools on the kitchen island and the corners of the cantilevered dining room table.

Hardwood floors and a large couch in the great room highlight the openness and spaciousness of the three-bedroom, three-bathroom residence’s 2,414 square feet. The adjoining terrace acts as an extension of the interior spaces and an idyllic destination for cocktails, conversation and great views.

Jewel tones accent the master bedroom, which offers two walk-in closets and a luxurious bathroom with striking wallpaper patterns and a raised double sink vanity. The two rooms of the model have private bathrooms and walk-in closets.

Romanza’s use of color, texture and detail lend a sophisticated seaside vibe throughout the 2,767 square feet of Residence 303, a four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath model. Tones of aqua blue and pale green update the classic black and white design while referencing the hues of bay, bay and mangrove. Seagrass-inspired wallpaper, woven furniture, a coral-shaped base on a table, and the iridescent glow of a Capiz shell chandelier enhance the contemporary coastal design.

Architectural ceilings, a Romanza signature, include wood inlays and beams in the kitchen and the impressive drop ceiling in the dining room. A table with six woven armchairs on the screened porch provides an inviting space for alfresco dining and water views.

Calm and rest is always one of the top members of the bedroom design, and the master bedroom was envisioned in soft blue, white and watercolors. The suite offers double walk-in closets and two floating vanities with downlights and a glass shower enclosure in the bathroom.

Clive Daniel Home designers Jean Losier and Sherie Weidner showcase the versatility of Grandview floor plans by creating multi-functional spaces in Residence 301, a 2,923-square-foot corner unit that offers three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and a den. Located on the third floor, the model has custom wall and ceiling treatments and a color scheme derived from the rich texture of the mangroves and the changing color of the water. Its elevated transitional style emphasizes clean lines with hints of contemporary.

The serene master suite features restful shades of white and watercolor blues, two walk-in closets, a walk-in closet, and a luxurious bathroom with a large glass shower and generous double-sink vanity counter. The model’s two bedrooms have walk-in closets and a private full bathroom.
