Health Net members can also call the Managed Health Network (MHN) for response support. The MHN can recommend a mental health counselor, local services or telephone counselling. These services can help members cope with grief, stress or trauma related to severe winter storms. The MHN hotline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-800-426-0030 (TTY: 711).
