Celebrity Cruises has revealed the entertainment on board its latest addition: Celebrity riseis scheduled to embark on its maiden voyage in December 2023.
From theater performances to pub games to nightlife activities, Celebrity Cruises has gone above and beyond to ensure the ship offers guests a completely new experience.
A mix of tradition and innovation on board Celebrity rise
The entertainment offerings Celebrity Cruises announced today, October 24th Celebrity rise are both an allusion to the familiar and new additions.
Celebrity rise The aim is to maintain the high standards of the sisterhood Fame beyond. The fourth Edge class cruise ship offers guests six new live shows, immersive gaming experiences and captivating performances at various onboard venues.

By carefully selecting the best creative minds in the industry, we have put together a program that highlights Celebrity’s renowned in-flight entertainment.”
One feature that is sure to delight guests is the new deck party Ascent after dark: glow of the night. At night, the ship’s resort deck is transformed with live performances, a light show and a DJ-led dance floor. Guests are recommended to wear metallic clothing and attend the party.

The theater continues inside Celebrity rise showcases the cutting-edge technology the Edge class is known for. Newly announced shows include “Awaken,” a digital spectacle that takes guests on an extraordinary journey through surreal dreams.
Other theatrical performances include residencewhich pays homage to legendary artist residencies in Las Vegas from Elvis to Lady Gaga bridges explores human connections against the backdrop of famous bridges in Venice, London, Sydney and New York.
Celebrity Cruises is also bringing back the popular Edge Series onboard program, offering activities that have proven extremely popular on previous Edge Class ships, such as: Celebrity Edge, Celebrity ApexAnd Fame beyond.
Beyond the main stage
Beyond the theater, entertainment continues in various areas of the ship. Eden, a three-story architectural wonder, will host several performances including Lurea search for artistic inspiration, Shimmer box with pulsating beats and dreamsa mix of live acts, interactive games and unforgettable character engagements.
The club continues Celebrity rise offers Smoke and ivorya journey into a bygone era of Hollywood that combines dance, singing and projection technology.
In addition, guests can expect a wide range of musical experiences. From jazz performances at The Club to concerts celebrating the evolution of funk Funkified and a tribute to the disco era discotheque.

Celebrity rise Maiden voyage in November 2023
Celebrity risethe newest addition to Celebrity Cruises’ Edge Class series completed its sea trials in October 2023a critical phase in the development of any ship.
Built at the Chantiers de l’Atlantique shipyard in Saint-Nazaire, France, the 140,600 gross ton cruise ship underwent tests to evaluate its performance, including speed, maneuverability and seaworthiness.
The ship first came into contact with water in January 2023 and, after further interior work, is now preparing for two preview trips before the maiden voyage. The first, a four-day Western Caribbean cruise, departs November 22, 2023 and the second, a three-day getaway in the Bahamas, departs November 26, 2023.
The maiden voyage will depart from Port Everglades on December 3, 2023. Celebrity rise will visit destinations such as Philipsburg, St. Maarten; St. Thomas, USVI; And Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic.
Later, in April 2024, the ship will dock in the Mediterranean for the summer season and cruise to ports in France, Italy, Spain and Greece. Celebrity rise is expected to return to the Caribbean in November 2024.
